Spiralized Carrots and Zucchini with Mac Nut Cheeze Sauce
1 cup macadamia nuts (or pine nuts)
2 orange or yellow bell peppers chopped
2 tablespoons tahini
1 teaspoon South River Chickpea Miso or different model natural chickpea miso
2 medium spiralized zucchini on skinny setting
2 spiralized carrots
Garnish:
1 bell pepper diced
1/four cup chopped parsley
Add 2 chopped bell peppers to a blender after which add Mac nuts, 2 tablespoons tahini, and 1 teaspoon miso. Mix till clean. Pour over spiralized zucchini and carrots. Garnish with diced bell pepper and parsley.

1 cup younger coconut water
1 cup pine nuts or macadamia nuts
2 beets spiralized on skinny setting (common or golden)
Garnish:
1 sprig basil (about 10 massive leaves) chopped
