Aloe Vera Juice

Have you tried drinking aloe vera juice? If you have, I wonder how beneficial you found it. Did you notice some benefits?

People – and animals – drink aloe vera for a variety of reasons. I gave it to my dog when his limbs stiffened up at the age of eight and my daughter drank it for her Irritable Bowel Syndrome. They both benefited thạch lựu collagen hàn quốc.

That’s because aloe contains substances that are naturally anti-inflammatory and painkilling. The plant is also a useful source of minerals – including sodium, calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, chromium, manganese, copper and zinc.

As if that isn’t impressive enough, aloe also contains a wide range of vitamins – even trace elements of vitamin B12 (seldom found in plants). As well as vitamin A, it contains B-group vitamins, vitamin C, vitamin E and folic acid.

Related to lilies, onions, garlic and asparagus, aloe vera is such a very versatile plant – assisting in healthy digestion, acting as a natural ‘balancer’ within the gut and helping us defend against attacks by various viruses, from the common cold to the nastier variety. It could even help balance your immune system.

I omitted to mention earlier on that I drink it and have been doing so for about 12 years now. Oh, and I also omitted to mention something else: my dog, daughter and I have always preferred this alternative to the juice – aloe vera gel!

Why do we prefer it – and why do I drink it daily as a general tonic for good health? Firstly because this particular inner leaf aloe gel comes to us just as Nature intended. Taken just from the plant’s interior (excluding the rind, where pollutants might lurk) it has not been subjected to filtration or heat treatment and, very importantly, it has not been diluted with added water in the way that some juices have been. Interestingly, such dilution is not necessarily mentioned in their packaging!

So I stay healthy thanks to my daily intake of the vitamins and minerals mentioned, plus 19 of the 20 amino acids needed by my body to allow complex enzyme systems to work at optimum levels.

Which is it to be, then – aloe juice or aloe gel? I know only too well which of the two gives me my wonderful sense of well-being!
